SHIPPING AND HANDLING ArTurc currently offers you
three standard delivery methods. All three options are available on
all of our products except collegiate plates, recognition &
award products, and custom orders.
* Ground shipping: Items
shipped by ground will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3
days, and will arrive in 3 to 7 business days after they are
shipped.
* 2nd Day: Items shipped by 2nd Day will be shipped
from our warehouse within 1 to 2 days, and will arrive in 2 business
days after they are shipped.
* Next Day: Items shipped by
Next Day will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours, and
will arrive next day after they are shipped.
To make shipping
as fair and affordable as possible, we calculate charges based on
the size and weight of your items as well as the origin and
destination zip codes.
ArTurc will refund all shipping
charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item received was
defective.
Please note that your signature is required to
receive any order. This ensures that your order will not be left
unattended on your doorstep. However, if you choose, you can sign
the delivery notice left by the carrier and then place it in a
clearly visible place giving approval for your delivery person to
leave the package unattended.
International
Shipments
We can ship your order to almost anywhere in the
world. However, remember that you are responsible for any taxes,
duties, or customs fees charged by your local government.

RETURN
POLICY We accept returns for any reason within 30 days from time
of shipment, as long as the product or the products are not damaged
by the purchaser. You will be refunded the full amount less shipping
costs and a 10% forfeiture fee per each single item.
